Delete your Padi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Padi on your phone or at mypadi.ng/app.
2. Tap ✨ Plus at the top of the home screen.
3. Under Your account, tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

Can't open the app? Email support@mypadi.ng from the email on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, your name and phone number, every group you created with its members, payments and fabric pictures, "I don pay" confirmations, Alexa and phone-line links, referral rewards and any Plus or Event Pass. Shared links to your groups stop working.

What we keep

Records of payments made through Padi (amount, date and payment reference), without your account attached, for up to 6 years where the law requires it for tax and accounting. An App Store or Google Play subscription must also be cancelled in your store settings, or it keeps renewing.
