If you make a booking or create a listing with us, we collect the personal information you provide to us such as your billing and payment information. 1.3 Information about Your Transactions with us: When you book an accommodation, we collect all of your order information, such as the type of accommodation you booked and the costs of the accommodation.

3.1 When you as a Subscriber submits a booking request, certain information about you is shared with the Partner, including your full name, your cancellation history, and other information you agree to share. When your booking is confirmed, we will disclose additional information to assist with coordinating the booking, like your phone number, the booking, such as your full name, phone number, and Accommodation address.
3.2 When you as a Partner have a confirmed booking, certain information is shared with the Subscriber to coordinate

3.4 Profiles, Listings, and other Public Information.
3.4.1 myPadi allows you publish information that is visible to the general public. For example: Parts of your public profile page, such as your first name, your description, and city, are publicly visible to others.
3.4.2 Public Listing pages are publicly visible and include information such as the Accommodation’s approximate location (neighbourhood and city), Listing description, calendar availability, the Partner’s public profile photo, aggregated demand information (like page views over a period of time), and any additional information the Partner chooses to share.
3.4.3 After completing a booking, Subscribers and Partners may write reviews and rate each other. Reviews are a part of your public profile page.
3.4.4 If you submit content in a public forum or social media post, or use a similar feature on MyPadi, that content is publicly visible.
3.5 Required by Law
We may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform with the requirements of the law or comply with legal process served on us, or (b) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our service or members of the public. To the extent practicable and legally permitted, we will attempt to advise you prior to any such disclosure, so that you may seek a protective order or other relief limiting such disclosure.
Pursuant to you registering on our site, you will receive emails that confirm specific actions you requested. You will receive notifications confirming your registration, the successful verification of email addresses and bank accounts, if required, and confirmation of successful bookings. You will also receive progress updates on the status of your booking requests. These are transactional notifications that you cannot opt out of receiving, as they are in place to protect the security of your account and your personal information. We may also send you responses to emails you send us, if appropriate or applicable. From time to time, we will also send user surveys, requests for user feedback regarding user experience and site operations or marketing offers from us or from us on behalf of our marketing partners. The completion of these surveys or requests for feedback or acceptance of any offer is strictly voluntary. If you do not wish to receive these offers, surveys or user feedback emails, please opt out in any offer email you receive from us.

myPadi is statutory obligated to retain the data you provide us with in order to process transactions, ensure settlements, make refunds, identify fraud and in compliance with laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to us, our banking providers and credit card processors.
Therefore, even after closing your MyPadi account, we will retain certain data to comply with these obligations.

myPadi sends an e-mail notice confirming acceptance of the booking you made to the e-mail address you provided to us when signing up for a MyPadi account. If you receive a confirmation for a booking you did not make, please e-mail us immediately at email@example.com
